Landlord Fees

LANDLORD FEES - SUMMARY OF LETTING AND MANAGEMENT FEES

A. Letting Service – Fees are calculated as a percentage of the annual rent
  For example for tenancies where the rent is £1300 per month the fee is worked out as follows:
£1300 X 12 = £15600 X 12% = £1872 + VAT (20%) = £2246.40
  Maximum commission charged for the initial term (subject to negotiation) 12 % + VAT of the rent
  Maximum commission charged for second and subsequent terms 6 % + VAT of the rent
     
B. Management Service – Fees are calculated as a percentage of the annual rent
  For example for tenancies where the rent is £1300 per month the fee is worked out as follows:
£1300 X 12 = £15600 X 5% = £780.00 + VAT (20%) = £936.00
 
  Management commission charged for every term 5% + VAT of the rent
     
C. Tenancy Administration Fee £250 inc VAT
     
D. Own Tenancy Agreement £30 inc VAT
     
E. Change of Tenants Administration £120 inc VAT
     
F. Tenancy Renewal Documents £42 inc VAT
     
G. Major Works Supervision 10% + VAT of total works cost
     
H. Additional Managed Property Visits £36 inc VAT per visit
     
I. Empty Property Management £240 inc VAT pcm
     
J. Non-Managed Deposit Reconciliation £60 inc VAT per hour subject to min. £240 inc VAT
     
K. Non-managed property hold deposit as stakeholder £50 inc VAT
     
L. Accounting Service £120 inc VAT per annum
     
M. Legal Action/Court Attendance £60 inc VAT per hr/part hr
     
N. Shopping £20 inc VAT per hr/part hr
     
O. House Sitting £24 inc VAT per hr/part hr
     
P. Courier Deliveries at cost
     
Q. Sale to Tenant 1.5% + VAT of sale price
     
R. Landlord Withdrawal from Offer Up to £250 plus VAT
