All tenants are fully referenced and carefully matched to your property. We also encourage you to meet them. The right match means most of our tenancies are renewed at the end of the term, void periods are kept low and your property keeps generating you income.

Comprehensive marketing is essential for attracting potential tenants and ultimately getting you the best possible rental income for your property. We target the right tenants across the most effective channels and always use high quality photos to show your property at its best.

Nearly all property searches begin online, so we list your property on all the current portals so it reaches the widest audience possible.

We offer a range of services to suit your needs as a landlord. Choose our standard Letting service and we’ll find you the right tenant and take care of the tenancy paperwork. Upgrade to our Premium Letting service for additional support throughout the tenancy and add on our dedicated Management service for full property management support.

1st term at 10.8%:
£1,500 x 12 months = £18,000 x 10.8% = £1,944 (incl. VAT)

Renewal and subsequent terms at 6%:
£1,500 x 12 months = £18,000 x 6% = £1,080 (incl. VAT)

Premium Letting
